You're on the street - you're safe. Now, if you were standing on the grass watching them leave a car meet you'd be in true danger.I think I was being hunted.

Did you order at your local Toyota Dealership?Mod #2 since getting the car and first purchase direct from Japan with an amazing 4 day delivery time!
This was easy peasy, lemon squeezy to install (~20mins) where the only fiddly bit was holding a nut under the wheel arch while screwing a bolt into it from the top of the strut with the wheel still on. The solution is a bit of double sided tape with the nut stuck onto the end of your finger.
I feel I am now on the slippery slope towards mod-a-geddon ending with the wife divorcing me..
Also, looks like the weather may soon be warm enough to put the CF spoiler on that’s been sat here for what feels like 10,000 years.
Final thought…
That engine cover really should be CF… don’t ya think??
PS Does this strut brace actually do anything other than look good… I have my doubts.. (my car is a 2020 which had no struts brace fitted at all)
Very clean.
Was anyone else at Supercar Saturday in FL today? Had a great time there today with my pops. First time showing the car with the new wing!
Thank you - for the vinyl application, I just eyed it up with the help of someone else standing a bit further back to give me their input and used my fingers to make rough measurements on both sides loll. The p in supra also lines up closely with the middle seam of the seat which was helpful. It actually looks pretty spot on. I used a blow dryer - had significant challenges getting the first decal to stick and peel off correctly. I realized during the second application that once you stick the vinyl in place and get it real hot, quickly (but carefully) pull off the clear transparent adhesive. If you delay it cools down quickly making it a huge pain. I'm sure a heat gun would have made this much much easier...Very clean.
I got the same vinyl supra sticker for the headrests. Did you just measure and line it up? Or used with heatgun etc
Did pretty much the same thing. Had an off and went plowing with the diffuser. Decided to wash the car for the first time in a good month or so. Also hit 10k this past week!Productive night. Took it off roading in my tax guys parking lot, then washed it. Keeping it parked until we leave to Vegas on Friday morning. Also finally manged to turn over 10k miles!
How's the balance with that wing and no splitter? Understeer much?Did pretty much the same thing. Had an off and went plowing with the diffuser. Decided to wash the car for the first time in a good month or so. Also hit 10k this past week!
I could not source the Toyota version in the UK, so went with the Blitz strut brace which looks to be identical to the factory part. I am glad I did as this one is really nicely made and is also a fraction of the cost!Did you order at your local Toyota Dealership?
Yep, plenty of understeer, as expected. Next track days aren’t until the fall so working on something for the front to be on around early September. Weighing the options for producing the most front end down force within street mod rule sets. How's the balance with that wing and no splitter? Understeer much?
I definitely have my fastest track times when it’s cooler in the morning and can feel her loosing steam as the day goes on. Thanks for the info! This will definitely be on my “to do” list. However, even without the EOS manifold, a friend was flying in his stock 2020 Supra. Ran 2:26.88 yesterday during the hottest times of the day (likely 100 degrees on track) at Sebring. Wonder if he has less of this issue being in a 2020? My times went from a morning best of 2:28.06 to 2:28.41 in the afternoon. I was putting down some pretty consistent laps and really think the EOS manifold will make a difference.Tracking, spirited driving, whatever. The stock manifold heat soaks so fast it’s not even funny. A single 3rd-4th gear pull is enough to push the IATs nearly 50F above ambient with the stock manifold on my car (stock turbo, E50). That equates to an ~8% power loss all things being equal, that’s ~40 whp lost on a 500 whp car after less than 10 seconds at WOT. Forget losing power after a few laps, the stock manifold is robbing power before the first corner. On a stock car on 93 octane it won’t be as bad as mine since E50 allows the boost pressure to be turned up to the point that the stock turbo turns into a hair dryer above 5500 RPM, but it’s still significant.
I just went out and took some baseline logs on my car as a reference. Once I install the EOS I’ll post the results.
Heatsoak and stuff is just as bad with 2020 intake manifold, it's the same IM.
