Hatch Swap CA

Probably a reach, but looking to swap hatches with someone who has a nocturnal black Supra and wishes to have a factory installed a91 spoiler. I would rather not have to deal with the holes when removing the spoiler as I plan to install the street hunter wing. So my hatch + a91 spoiler for a clean hatch. Located in Ventura county and am willing to travel a bit further to complete the swap.

Not too sure to be honest, but it shouldn’t be too difficult. I’m taking my car to StudioRSR to get the wing installed so I’m gonna let my guy there know if they would be able to do the hatch transfer and its level of difficulty assuming I find someone to switch with

The factory installed spoiler does not make holes, they use aftermarket company spoilers. Holes would only applies to TRD spoiler

That is incorrect. The spoiler on the A91 Edition is port-installed or, because of the parts shortage, dealer-installed. Installing it requires drilling holes in the liftback.

(There are no factory-installed spoilers.)

Just saw you guys are 21s, mine is a 20 "dealer" installed spoiler as you say, but yeah I'd double check your hatch can't assume they're drilled because that's only case for TRD spoilers and those aren't even on A90 launches so those 21s definitely don't have it.

you had an dealer installed aftermarket spoiler as the TRD CF spoiler was never a factory option on the 20's.

OP has an Port installed A91 spoiler (which is a different style than the TRD spoiler) that is drilled and bolted on

Yup, really does suck that it was bolted on though. Gonna be a pain to deal with if I can’t find someone to swap with
