You can re use the factory stem but they're this weird grey color that really stands out on Matt black wheels. The stemsaftermarket stem are just black and metal.

What’s the difference between the saga and ultra m-spec? Wish they still had the Time Attack model in the black and red ...

My simple view:
Saga (general) - current standard TE37
SL (light) - Lighter than Saga, no centre caps, sticker not machined logo.
Ultra (HP) - Big brakes (concave face instead of deeper dish rims), bead seat knurling to reduce tyre slippage, cosmetic machining on rims.
6061 (new design) - Premium light wheel, easily identifiable from other TE37 wheels.
V (deep dish) - max dish for classic cars.

The center section there the lug goes is also different on the ultras.

Ultras have a deeper squared profile where the other models have a shallower rounded profile.

I think the spokes on the ultras also have additional side machining for weight reduction.
