Your laser jammers are almost certainly causing your issue. You have a radar on the front of the car for the frontal collision and adaptive cruise, and several radars on the front and rear bumpers for parking assist...
Not sure what there is to update on this. The situation and resolution are all in the first post. Car was fixed by replacing the bent bracket and has not had an issue since.

Not very likely. Production is way down, and demand is way up. If you found just the right dealer, you might be able to get $50k for a base 3.0, but most 3.0 cars out there have the premium package, so you’re probably talking $52-53k at best for those right now.
