I like the edgeless 500 70/30 blend for paint. Super soft and non abrasive. 70/30 blend I believe is what most detailers recommend for paint, someone can correct me if I’m wrong. Most of their listings show what the rag should be used for. But I personally use the edgeless 500 and it’s great...

I used to work at a tint and ppf shop. It’s not a huge deal for me to have it removed and replaced. The owner still hooks me up.

Look into better microfiber towels. Those Kirkland ones are great utility or interior towels. They’re not great for paint. Granted you have ppf but id look into better towels still. Check out the rag company.

Right. A clean install is super important. I don’t even notice 50%. 30% might be a touch too dark for my preference for the front windshield. That’s actually darker than front door legal for AZ. Lol

Mine is also 15/50. doing that with a quality film in az is a must. Huge difference.

This was my first auto performance car. I don’t hate the auto tranny in this at all. Hopefully you’ll grow to love it too.

might as well get the real replacement for that price. But with all that 3M VHB tape on there it’s not going anywhere, that shit is super strong as long as you prep the surface.
