I absolutely love that you went with something different. I think this supra requires unique wheels since I feel like there isnt a huge amount of "in your face styling" on the Supra that would take your attention away from the wheels. It is a good compliment. The finish of the wheels really...
No I dont own both right now. Only the 2021. its a long story but someone damaged my mirror on the 2020 and I found out the original dealership repaired the car but never recorded anything. I told my dealership that was unacceptable and they bought back the car back and i got into the 2021.
I have 1400 after one month of 2021 ownership. Will have about 8000 in by the end of this year (5 total months of ownership) thanks to a planned road trip.
I added a solid +20 whp today with this sweet thing. Too bad Ill never see it again because I live in Oregon and they think im not responsible enough to pump my own gas.
yea I noticed that after i linked it. I edited the post. Thanks for the catch.
That is why im cautious. It is like $1200 and an 8 week lead time. I havent seen any other rear window louvers though.
I really like the look of the Zakustech Rear rear window louver. https://www.fly1motorsports.com/2020-toyota-supra-gr?category=Louvers.
Does anyone have any experience with Zakustech? Are they OK? Should I avoid?
bringing this topic back around, what widths are people going with for all season tires? Is there anyone that makes an all season tire wider than 285? Has anyone tried the Yokahoma Advan Sport A/S wheels?
I'm definitely not a fan. The nose on the front is just too defined for me and I absolutely hate the exhaust thing happening.
With all that being said, I would still love to see the final product of this in person one day.
I bought them and absolutely love them. To get rid of most of the buffering was easily worth the price for me. Quality is really good and the CF gives it a nice little touch on the outside. No fear of them falling off.
There is a 21 in the Portland, OR area that is listed for 4k less than MSRP. Information is very much lacking though on details other than it is red. I am surprised that there are 21s being marked down already.
I don't know what to think about this exhaust personally from the video. I would love to hear it in person. There are parts of the exhaust that I really really like and would consider this. However the sounds im not in love with i really really hate. Its like the good cancels out the bad.
I personally love the ability to flip between the valve being open or closed. Admittedly the valve is open 85% of the time but its nice being able to switch to a slightly more quiet mode when road tripping or during start up.
