Very surprising. I just looked them up here, and they aren't much more than that. Pretty inexpensive for a forged OEM wheel.
Regardless - as has been discussed ad nauseum, repairing is the right way to go! Here in the US, we have mobile wheel repair services. They just show up to your house and...
I like the wheel and the color - but that red clashes horribly with the calipers. If you had black calipers, it would look a lot better - but that's just my opinion. If you don't care about the colors clashing, go for it, I'm sure you'll love it. If nothing else, it's a fantastic wheel, and you...
Nah - he was VERY careful with his wording. He's not going to submit it for a warranty claim because, in his opinion, if it was bent before delivery, the selling dealer should have caught it.
Thanks! Yeah, that was my thought. Get the car back ASAP, then push for a reimbursement.
Hi all,
I've had my Supra for just a bit over a month now. A couple of weeks ago, I got a Driver Assistance Support Reduced error on the car. I know these things happen, and BMWs are famous for it, so I crossed my fingers that it would magically go away, and finally made an appointment for...
On Facebook, from my wife, I guess? Or from your friend? Yup, that’s exactly where I am. What does the friend drive?
Definitely a small world. I don’t think I’ve seen a single one of your cars around! Maybe the S2000? Sounds like an absolutely insane garage.
Another Waxhaw guy here, Absolute Zero. I live just off of Davis Rd. Had the car nearly a month. My daughter has seen you around, but I haven't yet. She actually saw a couple of A90s out in Waxhaw last weekend!
Sounds amazing. Definitely can't wait to hear your thoughts on running the MW172 without a dedicated sub. I haven't had a proper sub in probably 15 years, so I bet that would really be plenty for me... I've always been a fan of Dynaudio, they're so overengineered. I'd imagine those MW172s will...
You just needed to pop the hood and connect a jumper box (or another battery) to the terminals under the hood. Definitely a pain, but that's the cost of having an enormous battery in the trunk, I guess.
Here's the thing - no one can answer this question for you, nor should you believe anyone who gives you a definite answer either way, because it's not something you will genuinely know the answer to until you need to make the warranty claim. Cosmetic mods, etc. should not void your warranty...
FYI, I was able to get my order through for one of these, through PM on this forum. $1000, $70 shipping to the US (from Australia). They shipped Thursday or Friday, and I received it this past Monday.
It's going to be a while before I get a chance to play with it, as I've just started buying...
I was referencing how the screen brightness isn't adjustable by default, as it uses the auto-dimming, as you said. I've already enabled this, but also heard that the new Supras being delivered have this by default.
Last one from me - no issues with the Stanley battery charger you have linked...
