Sounds like you had a lot more success with Sr's than me. I popped 3 in 5 years, and even compensated for the oiling issues by putting an extra quart of oil in. Baffled pan and all. After the third, I went LS and did not look back.

Milwaukee medium torque impact has worked great for me for years. 600 ft lbs i believe, and the weight and balance are great.
