His 2020 Supra already had a bunch of bolt on mods that probably made the difference in turbo spooling even though he used the stock map.

I think it's just personal preference. For my comfort I'm good with 10.5.

I was able to pre-order a set with System Motorsports. Their Supra specs are F: 19x9.5 +25, R: 19x10.5 +32. All 4 colors should be available to pre-order and the lead time given was 3-5 months.
