I bet this is covered in the article linked above, but another silly question isā¦.
Your intake is now cooler, but the turbo hotter with its shield/blanket.. As this cooler intake air travels through the turbo is it not heated up more making no difference in the end?
EDIT: and I may get one of...
I swear my front plate is not even level so god knows what the holes look like on mine! ?
These are the rock guards:

I got some a couple months back and only just...
Cheers for the photo! Yeah, that is the area that is close to the strut.
Think mine looks about the same:
So, whatās the verdict? What you think? Sound/fit/etc..
andā¦. What time you planning on getting to the dyno place Sat?
Not sure what reverse is like on the manual Supra or what the issue is, but I always found when reverse was stiff in any manual cars Iāve owned that letting the clutch out in neutral and pushing back in gets the cogs lined up better and reverse slips right in.
I would say that if the car market readjusts back to pre-covid then all car prices are going to tank making any car look poor value. (Perhaps you are witnessing the start with Supraās sat not selling)
So, the question for me would beā¦. should I be buying an expensive car right now?
And my guess...
Well, that makes me want that exhaust all the more! ? Cheers for sharing ?
A question to everyoneā¦
I guess with it being titanium that there are lots and lots of welds as bending titanium is a no go?
And I suppose all those welds are tough to do and could be the Achilles heal when using that...
I really was expecting that to be at least a month away! ?
My tips are (not that you need them)ā¦
1) use channel locks to squeeze the breather while pulling it off.
2) there is a tiny part of the air box corner that rubs on the paint on the car strut that I filed off
3) Cut the plastic tab...
Interesting, exhausts are definitely a subject I would like a chat on!
What are your thoughts on something like this?

I kinda looked at this beyond making a car drift where the algorithms could prove useful for safety where it could actually help a car autonomously regain control when the driver has lost it.
Yeah, it is a small pool, but looks very similar in quantity to @B58_ hwAyaq picture where you can see the brown streaks of oil running down the inside of the pipe on his pic. Iām not seeing any smoke/smell of burning oil and there was no oil escaping out of the inlet seal into the engine...
