This logic makes sense for all the CF steering wheels, aero and other parts that are all over the community.
It does not make sense when you're talking about a critical component that will cost you tens of thousands of dollars when it fails.

In my experience, there's enough grease in the chicken combo from Popeye's you could use it to change the oil in your car.

Best bet is to put your name on multiple dealer lists, be willing to travel or have the car shipped and constantly be looking through inventory in a range you're comfortable with.

Slight update/bump... TPMS successfully paired yesterday evening after driving for a bit. Just seemed to decided to work out of nowhere. It took a good while.
Then on my way home it malfunctioned again and wouldn't re-pair :rolleyes:
I was driving town today and got hit with the "TPM Malfunction' error. Attempted to reset TPM twice but recognition would stop at 49%, sit there for 10 minutes, then fail again both times.
Got home, disconnected the battery, drove around and now tire recognition is stuck at 0%. Didn't drive...
