    If you noted the gash before purchase dealer should repair it for you. Let them know you have discovered more. Work with your dealer first. Elevate to the regional office through Toyota if dealer doesn’t resolve for you.

    Toyota VP of sales was kind enough to provide this information to me. I reached out to him today and posted his comments. He then provided me with the information on my car. I couldn’t get information from Toyota Customer Care or my dealer.
