Installed the TRD trunk spoiler yesterday. There’s already a full thread on this forum documenting an install on it so I’ll just give the tldr: requires two holes to drill, comes with a exact template to line up here to drill, amazing weave and clear coat quality, expensive AF.
Now patiently...
I’m surprised you fly under the radar with your M2C. For sure I’ve generated more stages in the Supra but I find the M2C still draws a lot of attention when I drive it especially considering car culture here in so cal.
regardless both cars definitely have their merits and have been thoroughly...
Hm good to know then. Thanks for the info! Yeah I know it’s part of their strategy to keep trd japan produced parts to be on the exclusive side hence the astronomical prices. Unfortunately I’m one of those crazies that always does oem plus builds so I have the full aero kit incoming for my car lol
Sorry, to clarify, I mean TRD japan is being phased out. TRD USA will still remain here in the US market alongside GR, but keep in mind that the two are completely separate entities from one another. That’s why the TRD parts catalog in japan is completely different and significantly expanded...
It won't. The official photo used with the press release shows the car stock. They're keeping the TRD japan parts exclusive to its market (they are also slowly fading out the TRD brand there too to exclusively use only GR branded parts going forward)

Introduction
Hey everyone, I'm starting the build and photos for my GR Supra, which I picked up on 11/29/19. This vehicle is actually the first Toyota I've owned. I am also a current owner...
Haha thanks for letting me know. I didn't notice that. Its weird that the base option is alcantara considering most manufacturers go the other route. Damn looks like I'll need to trade seats then since US cars won't give the option to get the phantom matte grey in base trim.
You should be able to find a couple manufacturers for that style. The Supra has the same side mirrors as most bmws in the F chassis generation, including the OG M2. Also quick tidbit: buy the CF mirror caps from BMW if you plan on going OE route rather than Toyota, its the same and its much cheaper.
