Well finally got it to connect. Not entirely sure what the fix was. I removed the app and reinstalled it, unplugged and replugged the obd2 plug, and the connectors. Now connects and disconnects without issue, in aux power mode and while the car is on… Thanks to everyone that posted up in here.

Interesting. I’ll fiddle with it here more this morning and see if I have any luck. The LED would be a great addition for sure!

Yes, been removed and reinstalled a few times to verify that. Unit inside also is tight and good to go. I’ve tried both with the car running and in accessory mode, with no luck.

I'm curious as well on this if does indeed make a difference. I know when I went to the Vararam intake on my Vette, which has this same "front suction inlet" it made a rather large difference.

Well after getting irritated with the phone, went out and attempted with the IPad and it hooked right up with no issue. Less then 10 minutes start to finish including adjusting throttle blip, and rpm limits.

Those that used the Thor dongle, did you have issues with it connecting on iOS. It will find the WiFi network but will not detect it in the xhp software.

^^Agree with this. Anywhere around the area sounds best suiting for you.
