Right. I think the fear now is just looking at the concept but once we see a more production feasible concept or version cooler heads will prevail about pricing. I surely don't want to be competing with luxury brands with my wallet.
If they wanna sell the most cars to the most people, a convertible is a must for a sports car. How else can you compete against the mid-life crisis guys who want to feel the wind in their gray hairs as they're cruising :p
I'm thinking right around the price of the Lexus RC-F ($62k). It could start in the 55K range but be optioned out to 70K+. kinda scary actually not sure I can afford that...
It barely rolled off the truck and they didn't get on the gas or anything. I read that it had an eelectric motor. It didn't sound like one but really not surprised if it does. Just a concept to basically get it to and from shows and on and off the truck.

Imo the mark V needs to do better than the C7. 435HP and more than 3500 LBS makes it competitive with the Muscle Cars NOT the C7.
