And what happens when a "customer" going on a "test drive" and after ripping it for 40 miles (geeez!) decides they don't want it?I'm not going to buy a new car with racked up mileage because other people thought it was okay to take it for more than a couple miles.
Sorry, but that's ridiculous...
Silly question - I replace my vehicles close to as often (my last car I had 9 months, the one before that 2 years). Without making a decent down payment (I always have, and this is the first time going 100% brand new in a while) how do you avoid being underwater on your loan?
I can't imagine...
A little over 4000lbs. They feel like it too. Straight line pulls hard, but they won't get any awards in the twisties.
It's one of the things that I disliked most (but wasn't a big deal, it was expected.)
I had a 2015 Mustang GT Premium not long after they came out.
It was fat and had a soft suspension (non performance pack). It never felt as fast to me as I thought it should.
My 2021 Supra 3.0 Premium replaced a ceramic silver 2019 Stinger GT2 AWD. It was good while I had it. People that get hung up on the fact that it's a Kia need to drive one.
These pics of my car were taken last Friday during a cruising event in Appleton, WI.

I put $20k down (yay crypto), $6k of trade equity from my old car, and financed the rest through my credit...
I made the mistake of going there first instead of here after I got my Supra. It is not a friendly place for us folks. I mean I expected some disdain, but it is at a whole new level there. It's totally irrational.
99% of issues seem to be software/wiring/electronics/battery related. I had my infotainment unit replaced (kept restarting/rebooting), battery issues that they wouldn't acknowledge - start/stop never worked (but that was okay to me), I was left stranded having to rely on roadside assistance...
I was actually debating waiting things out until these are reviewed and on sale before getting my Supra (I loved my solar orange 2007 350z when I had one 11 years ago), but I was ultimately more confident in the Supra and its platform (even if it is largely BMW) than what appears to be something...
I can't say it has ever been a concern and/or even notice. Visibility is way better than any vehicles with halogen lights that I have driven.
I will say that I do miss the dynamic lights I had on my Stinger GT2 that moved with the steering wheel when turning corners or the static turn lights...
If Carvana is offering that much you might as well just take it. I paid less for my brand new 2021 (yeah yeah, locked and potential oil consumption issue).
I realize your car is modified, and to some that may bring value....but to others it doesn't.
