Or imagine the comparisons to the other flagship sports cars. i think it would get mocked against cars like the C7, GT-R etc. Not only due to power but it won't sound nearly as nice as a turbo 6 or V8.
Price gonna depend on if they make make this the company halo car and if it's going to slot in where the LFA did or somewhere less expensive.

Nah we'll see another concept. The concept right now is just by CALTY artists and wasn't developed with engineers. They're probably gonna put out a concept that's closer to production that's co designed by the engineers and designers together. That's my biggest worry actually since I love this...
It is amazing what they can do with 3D printers now. It used to be a giant machine in a lab that could only do this. Now they have a little microwave sized printer able to do this in a jiffy for visitors at an auto show? What a time we live in
Where did they release weight number for the FT-1 concept?
A concept's weight is totally irrelevant anyway I would think since it's the FT-1 isn't even built on the actual platform that the road version is going to ride on.
Unless they make it Miata sized, if it wants to hit the magical 3000 pound mark (imagine the press it would get) it's going to have to have a substantial amount of exotic materials like carbon fiber. With a car this size I don't think any manufacturer can make it lightweight without carbon.
