You got a weird car then. I start mine without touching the brake pedal, only the clutch, and have never seen the PB disengage.
Yep, agree. If the car is in neutral, I donāt want it to move.
I agree, if the car is in neutral the PB shouldnāt disengage. But, pretty simple habits form. Donāt press the brake when starting the car. Engage PB, release brake, turn car off, then clutch/gear when parked. Donāt play footsies with the pedals when you donāt need to?
9,500 miles now, stock. Similar to above, no issues unless traction is on, which is obviously tc kicking in. Enjoyed my first 1200 miles but didn't beat on it too hard. Been ripping it and slamming gears occasionally, spinning 1-3, no issues at all. Knew how to drive manual, have driven manual...

It loosens up over time. Just passed 8.4k now and shifting is a lot smoother than when I first got it. R is still a bit tough but now itās more so an accident prevention tough rather than a workout
