Tada san specifically mentioned the GT-R and how the Supra would be a different animal. I think he said it would be a more involving driving experience.
Way too many lines all over the place! Prefer their other recent concept the IDX small coupe.
Wonder when the next 370z will be out. Much more interesting than a Maxima.
Lol you know the driver mod can add 50-100HP :)
Heck I'll take a 400HP MKV at 50K over a 500HP at 60K and buy my way there with the saved money. there's really only so much usable power for regular driving anyway.
GTR started in 60-70k when it was introduced. So if Toyota wants to go after cars slightly higher than that, they can price it in this range to steal GTR / 911 / Cayman buyers and then raise price over time to make back the profits after the car has a successful launch. Call me Toyota I can...
If Toyota is wanting this car to give it the sports car image boost that the GT-R gave to Nissan, they need to be smart about this. There's already lots of people here that indicated that the image of the car matters. And a 4 cylinder affects the image of the car, negatively.
Not a fan of the nose, it's like some alien creation. and some are saying it will be as much as a Z28. No thanks if that's the case.
did they even release any specs? weight? hp/torqe?
