Possibly Track only. We will never see an off-road supra unless it is lifted and runs KM3s/KO2s.
+ rear locking diff.
Oh yeah... Stripped model.
Edit: unnecessary comment - deleted.
Has he not answered this question already? Go back 1 or 2 pages. He clearly stated an "approximation."
I guess you havent really kept up like he stated.
Woahhhh. Stop it right there. Price is an issue. Do you know what market adjustment is?
This car is subjected to price inflation once...
Shouldn't believe everything you read off the internet. Best to wait until Toyota releases statements then believing and being disappointed.
Shouldn't believe everything you read off the internet. The supra went from 330 hp to 380 hp to +400 hp. Man, those engineers sure do know how to crank...
Did anyone else hear that turbo spool?
In the end, when the supra took that left turn... it was so sharp. No body roll. It was just fluid.
Making me rethink that Tada spent quite a bit refining this.
Well, since they are sourcing the engine from BMW, they might source other things like the "over boost." I assuming it is just a marketing gig.
Check out the BMW website. It tells you more about the over boost thing.
Realistically, 3,400 lb isnt bad for most consumers because almost 90% of...
it'll probably be 350 HP with +30 overboost functionality (sourced from BMW).
3100 to 3200 lbs is the dream. But, realistically, I believe it is going to be 3400 lbs.
Toyota trucks can be a great thing or a shit thing.
But Did you know that toyota is known to have the shittiest manufactuering boxed frame process and had a complete world wide recall because trucks were splitting in half? They are great truck.
When it works.
I'll take the "3100 lbs" with a grain of salt even though it came from an insider. Would prefer concrete details then play "i heard thru the grape vine.."
Hold your horses, man. There are not even final product designs, yet. It isnt even said to be lighter. But, you are in for a surprise if you are interested in the GRMN version. It is just a "Fast Looking Car." Spoilers, Fancy knobs, rims, and body kit.
Prove me wrong, Toyota.
Just release...
This "Supra" has no chance if it is release sub late 2019 early 2020. There are too many cars that out compete them in pricing and performance.
Unless, price is below $50K for a 6 banger turbo.
Toyota played themselves.
Do we have any confirmation of the launch date for the supra? Or Public Release? Or what ever freakin' bone Toyota can throw out because this shit is getting really tedious because of the massive, tinglingly, blue balls Toyota decided to give me.
Outdated is such a nice term to use on the tundra.
They make a certain amount (adjusted to market size they hold by referencing previous months, years and trends). But, when you look at it on a comparison amongst other manufacturers' - they are heavily outclassed. Lowest in towing. Lowest in...
