I got my 2020 recently for 470 miles on odometer. They had to drive the car from a dealership 350 miles away. It's been on the floor for a year. But I got an amazing deal so I don't mind. As long as all the docs have the odo value written that's when your warranty will start. Nothing to worry.
yeah i think both have DA package. I was thinking of getting them, but i got a good deal on a 2020 so i went for that. getting it shipped from NJ to Cali.
Ohh no I have better quotes than that. Check out these links -

no, they usually add tax based on the zip code on your license. And if you are shipping it to California then you have to do two more things (SMog test and VIN inspection) once the car arrives and send the certificate back to the dealer and they will complete the process. But I pay everything...
Ohh wow. Someone should enter the zip code for all states and see what's happening. I found out 2 weeks back that NJ had 4500 and not 3500 and now 5k in TN. Wow
Yeah I figured that. But I really gained a lot from that dealer tactic because he wanted to hurry the sale I got him to drop the price by almost 2500$ and I got a pretty good deal out of it. So I don't mind him playing a stupid trick I guess..
This is by far the best offer I have seen for a 2021 3.0 premium. Pretty sure you can negotiate more.

And this is another one with similar pricing -...
One of the dealers in NJ just called me and told me that today is the last day for the rebate and they have information from the regional manager that Toyota is not extending the rebate on the supra. So they want me to make a decision now. Dealer tactic? Or are the rebates really ending? Anyone...
Yes because I am bringing a vehicle from out of state and require initial registration in california, it requires a smog check. That's what I learnt in the last one hour.
That's right. I was just on that pdf which you sent. haha. So there is also a smog check involved which needs to be done in California once the vehicle arrives here. And vin inspection is something which is not being done at the DMV I think. Have to look upon that. But yeah these are the two...
Thanks a lot for the information. Nope, nothing on the west coast. And amazing deals and rebates and a lot of inventory on the east coast. Even with shipping, I will be saving a lot of money.
Is there anyone here who got it shipped to California? I am hearing from a few dealers that they can not register a vehicle in California without insection? I thought that supra is certified for all 50 states. ANyone know anything about this?
Lol I have no info on shipping yet. I just googled auto shipping and got some quotes. I still have to find out more about which shipping company to choose.
Yes, almost every shipping service had an option of choosing an enclosed trailer.
It's definitely an hassle but for me driving is definitely not an option. It's a 2500+ mile drive and I wouldn't want to do that on the first day on a brand new car.
