I've been having a diff issue where under load on fast corners where the track can have some bumps and inconsistencies the car would go into limp mode with a diff code, I could mediate it with turning off all the traction controls and shifting manually. On hot days I would have overheating...

Thank you for the replies, I am 6'4" on stock seats and looking to get some seats next after fixing a couple issues the track brought out in my car.

I would measure both pipes inner and outer diameters to make sure that it is either the problem or not. When I changed my downpipe, it was the angle of the dp that forced me to loosen all the bolts to allow enough play to get my stock catback on then I retightened everything down.

S14mc has a link to a tool that will help expand the stock pipes diameter. You could use a Map tourch to heat up the metal during the process but not sure if that is needed and may be a bit overkill. Have you measured the exact pipe sizes you have?

If they are exactly the same you will have to spread one so that the inner pipe diameter is just slightly bigger than the outer pipe diameter of DP so it can slide over.

Last track day of the season I chucked my front right tire... again(stock 4s and alignment) out of the 4 big name shops that reside at UMC not a single one had 19's even remotely the size I needed for the front. Biggest reason I went to 18's, plus a tad lighter(mostly in my head).

Does that give any head clearance compared to stock setup?

Isn't the new manuals auto rev matching? If so not much more different besides the third pedal and the shifter goes left and right... I have noticed though that using my shifter lags just slightly compared to the paddles in my car. :dunno:

I would love to drive both manual and auto on the track and street on the same day before making an evaluation and judgment on each version of the Supra since my other manual cars nor the Supras have the same character as each other. When I got my car manual wasn't available and I would be lying...
