  1. Low Supra Inventory: There's a Shortage of Four-Cylinder Toyota Supras

I'll sell my 2.0 to anyone experiencing a shortage for the low low price of $45k.
  2. 2021 Toyota Supra 2.0 Dyno Results

There's a liquid oil cooler built into the oil filter housing.
  3. Brake pads for 2.0

I had the Supra out on track this weekend. Stock brake setup held up just fine. Kind of lacking feel at threshold, but I wasn't having any issues with fade. Granted, this was at MSR Houston that's not a very punishing track for brakes. Car must have some boost timers though because it was...
  4. What is everyone's Daily Driver/ Other car?

Supra is my daily. I also have a 2005 BMW Z4 that's a dedicated (but still street legal) track car. Wife has a CX-5 for hauling duties.
  5. Brake pads for 2.0

I've never tracked my Supra, but in general the OEM pads BMW uses will hold up decently well for for stock tires.
  6. What’s your actual gas mileage?

I average 35mpg on my commute, mostly like 50mph in light freeway traffic for 30 miles. The overall average shown since buying the car is 28mpg.
  7. Did I get ripped off on extended warranty?

I paid $1500 for a 5 year / 100k mile warranty on mine, except the finance manager insisted it was a full bumper to bumper warranty, but when I read through all the paper work it was just the Gold plan that has a bunch of exclusions. I called the dealer up to ask wtf and they kept insisting I...
  8. Do you regret buying your 2.0?

Plenty of spec race car series use single piston calipers with similar power and weight (and way more tire). Throw a real race oriented pad and some RBF 600 in there and you won't have brake fade unless you're abusing the brakes.
  9. Do you regret buying your 2.0?

I've had mine for about a month now and 2k miles. From a performance, driving, and tech standpoint for the price I'm still super happy with it. The only thing I'm really been getting disappointed with is the amount of effort that BMW put into making the powertrain essentially silent, only to...
  10. Road bike in trunk? / Mountain Biking with your Supra

I was using the Talon for about a year on my Mustang before buying the Supra. I really wish they would make a version of the Komodo that could accommodate mountain bikes, so you could get all the suction cups on the glass. The Talon works really well, but over time it will mar paint.
  11. Brake fluid for HPDE

I'm not sure if I 'm missing it in that photo, but here it is on the 18's on my Supra.
  12. Brake fluid for HPDE

The MPSS should have a little wear indicator near the edge of the tread that gives you a good indication if you're running adequate pressure for your car/pace on a normal street suspension setup. If you're wearing the tires past this indicator your pressure is too low and if you're not wearing...
  13. Available Performance Parts for the 2021 2.0L Supra (US Market)

Looks like the AFE exhaust is available. Who's going to pull the trigger first? I always seem to get burned with a droning exhaust when I go for something new. ?
  14. Available Performance Parts for the 2021 2.0L Supra (US Market)

Yeah I've never really worried about aesthetics on engine mods, but fuck that thing is hot.
  15. any former mustang owners want to compare their supra experience to their former car?

I sold a 2012 Boss 302 to buy the Supra. In general the Supra is just a much tighter experience. The engine in the Boss was pure magic, but everything else in the car was just ok. I've had the Mustang out on track and it had loads of performance, but throwing around tons of weight in a car with...
  16. Supra Coding Step By Step

Anyone happen to have seen anything that would activate the rearview camera anytime the car turns the parking sensor system on? The option is there in the menus, but not on by default.
  17. OBD Plug missing retention bracket?

Turns out it was some kind of aftermarket tracking device the dealership I bought it from sells along with their cars, that connects to the factory OBD port and pushes that back in the dash, but I guess they didn’t care to verify that their connector works on the BMW OBD port bracket.

  19. Exhaust w/o Dp

Do they? I'm not seeing any videos of 2.0l catbacks aside from the clips from Fi and Afe?
  20. Houston Area Toyota Dealer Service

I ended up buying my 2.0 from Mike Calvert. Cant say the experience was stellar, but after talking to 4 dealers about 3.0's and them expecting me to pay sticker for a car I haven't even driven, I ended up looking at 2.0's. Mike Calvert wouldn't even negotiate on the 2.0 or let me drive it, until...
