And your going to need those "connections" and "angles" to get one within the next year or two! I'm assuming that the first few years of allocations of Z06s will be going to Dealership owners and their close friends along with those closely tied to GM...Unless your a very large Vette dealership...

Also interesting to note...the Z06 will come with a $5K gas guzzler tax added to the base price!

I can't wait to get my Stingray soon...It will be my 4th Vette having owned a C4, C5, and C7... Those getting on the Z06 list now will have at least a 2~3year wait, if not longer!....yikes!

I have to agree! I'm currently on MacMulkins waitlist to purchase my C8 at MSRP and still have about a 6 month wait left...I'm hoping the downturn in the market and probable recession will accelerate the dropout rate so I can get my Stingray quicker!

So true! The current Z06 waitlist from the top 2 Corvette Dealerships that sell at MSRP (MacMulkin and Ciocca) are crazy long! And only 25% of C8 production will be dedicated to the Z06...

Yup.... After options added the Z06 is almost twice the cost of the Singray! I haven't seen ADMs any higher than ~30K for the Stingray with most markups lately hovering around ~$15K....That said, I expect the Z06 ADMs to be roughly 50~75K over MSRP!

I've had actual experience(s) with them a few times and never had any problems... And like I said, most dealerships choose Safelite to replace windshields in the service dept...

Safelite... And if you take it to a dealership most of them will contract the windshield replacement out to Safelite anyways!

I normally fill up with premium at closest top tier gas station....

I don't seem to have any issues with visibility with the Supra...It's much better than some other sports cars I've owned...Learning how to adjust your mirrors properly helps...
