Much like another post, I've been doing this 23 years just new to this chassis. I'm just asking about the car build aspect since I've never bothered with aero since my local tracks are lower speed but this car will visit more typical tracks. Thanks.
The custom stuff is there. I put on some Shaftworks 1 way custom valved coilovers which were about 1/2 the price of custom valved JRZ Pros and I like them a lot better than KW V3s so far. I'm still a couple weeks from track debut though.
I completely removed that upper plastic piece completely when I did the intake manifold/heat exchanger and never put it back. I have wondered if there is a practical reason to need it other than cosmetics.
FWIW Verus has some tunnels for sale you could use maybe, I never checked the dimensions:

Somewhat unrelated, has anyone done just the Verus canards and can comment...
I've been doing this a long time and I'm an Evo instructor so I know what you are saying. in 2015 I raw'd CAMC in an FS car at nats but the new XS classes are drawing talent very quickly for a supplemental class. Should be fun either way.
Sorry I missed this. I basically started prepping my car after the '21 season so I've not competed in it. It's fairly open rules so my car has a lot of track/autox things done (turbo, cooling, suspension, wheels/tires, aero). I think a car like mine will easily be able to trophy if not win at...
The key things would be you have to have a catted downpipe and no aero other than OE parts. Those are the things I see on here a lot that might be a conflict. There is always XA class for a lot more allowances which my Supra is in.
