If it’s certified pre owned all recalls should be done to include the updates. This should also confirm the previous owner didn’t modify the car. As far as tuning, don’t assume the ECU is pre-June 2020 just because the it’s a 2020 model year. Not sure how you can confirm the ECU date though...

Did mine with VHT. It’s a bit off in color. Probably going to paint it black at some point…or not. I think hydro dip is the way to go.
