I’ve always bought cars with the intent to highly modify them, but after my last car I told myself I won’t buy a new car until I find one I love exactly as is. This car was def that. I still float the idea of more horsepower and a drag setup, or bronze/gold rims and a wing, but it’s the first...
I love the car. My original plan was to build a 335is but after seeing this a91 I was already hooked. Now it’s just a matter of deciding if it’s worth the price jump to take home the color, or drive one with a color I don’t like.
I suppose it’s just me speculating as to wether I’ll be able to even get one at a deal in cya later grey later, or get a deal at all if they keep this trend and/or stop production next year.
I suppose the only way I’d get buyers remorse was if cya later grey was an available color next year or...
I’m selling my built Jeep wrangler on king coilovers and many other mods for this car, but I can’t get over the cya later grey. The car I had before this was a hellcat I built to just under 1k whp along with other car projects before that, and I’ve never not loved the car I’ve owned, or really...
I’ve spent all day at dealerships. My choice is pay 8+k in dealer markups and wait an indeterminate amount of time, or get the a91 manual 1/500 with low mileage for 66k, or wait till one comes on the market hoping it goes down.
It’s actually low when compared to others just like it, but that’s what I’m wondering, is the 1/500 worth the price increase. I’d be paying the same price for a new one after all the markups, I might as well get the color I like and the 1/500. Unless you think next year these things are gonna...
Thanks for the input. That actually helped. Now I’m inclined to wait. However with the option of buying new I’d be paying the same after the crazy markups these dealers are after, and used manuals seem really hard to come by.
Hmmm. Well I suppose I could call around, it can’t be that expensive to fix.
I’ve seen a91s going for 70k+ so it seems like a good deal, I just don’t know if it’s gonna hold value compared to the premium 3.0s
Also the dealer installed a front liscense plate. Is it game over for the front bumper with those holes or is there an easy fix/ inexpensive cost at a shop?
