I, personally, don't have access to that info. My manager gives me the status when I ask for it.
He won't be able to tell you exactly where it is, but your sales guy should be able to tell you if it's "in transit" or "at the yard processing".

I am used to Customs/Brokerage fees living here in Canada, especially when items are coming from overseas. I was surprised to have a notification from China as I had thought that it was coming from the States.
