I tried to flash my car and I am getting a unsupported DME page, is this one of the DME that is locked? Never had a recall done but the production date is relatively late.
Please advice!
Its slight embarrassing, because the car sounds like a assault rifle going off when coming to a stop in my suburban neighborhood. It sounds pretty cool, just out of place.
Keep in mind I also have the full Akrapovic exhaust on my car so it probably wont be as loud with the factory cat back...
I just got this installed on my car yesterday, really wakes the car up tighten up the throttle response even on factory tune.
No exhaust smell or CEL either.
The only problem is that the bangs and pops are so crispy and loud now, they are a bit over the top. Slightly embarrassing
That doesn't look like a self tapping bolt.
Regardless, I just tapped the hole for m10x1.5.Forgot that the towers are aluminum so they were super easy to tap.
Really? Do you have the part number for this?
I am considering tapping the hole so I don't need to jack the car up to reach the but from the wheel well every time.
Do you guys have some pictures of the TE37s on the front, Their fitment seems pretty aggressive I am trying to see if they poke out of the front fenders.
Thanks!
That's exactly what I am seeing on mine, the engine start/stop button also blinks with the other light.
Hopefully we can get more people chiming in on what their car does when locked.
The one in the show room goes straight from lock to all the lights turned off in a few minutes without any...
The normal behavior should be a single jerk of both wipers and not just one of them jittering once every 15 second over and over again. There's also a beep that happens everytime the wiper jumps that doesn't happen to the BMWs.
Here's a detailed discussion onbattery coding and the reason why these battery are sucked dry. Different battery type and capacity necessitate different charging voltage and duration.

You're told that because your dealer had no idea what's going on. The code is there to specify the battery type and capacity so the ECU knows what charging profile to use on that specific battery. Nothing to do with the Vin. There are many people running smaller anti-gravity battery or a...
The ground fault is internal to the front camera module, they'll need to replace the whole unit. No ETA for it, so it's going to be a while before they get a replacement.
I've had Porsche and BMW in the past that does this to keep the wiper soft, but those are supposed to only happens once every couple shut down.
On my supra, it does it every 10 second for close to 15 minutes every time the car is locked or turned off. I compared it to the other supras in the...
