I tell everyone the same.. balance is key. Regardless of power. Owning a NB Miata opened my eyes and introduced me to the magical beauty of balance. However the social stigma keeps that car away from so many people. They never even give that car a chance.
ACRs are on the rise.. typically all genV Vipers have gone up in prices. 14 TAs are now into the 90s .. almost 10+k since mid last year. Most ACRs are more than what they were stickered when they were new at the moment. I donāt see it depreciating at all. Sorta like the MKIV Supras.
Vipers / Corvette are not muscle cars. In todayās market only the Charger / challengers are muscle cars.
Vipers will put a 918 to Shame on laugna seca. Itās no muscle car that can turn.. itās a proper track weapon.
Every week there was a teaser on Thursday. Dodge had something to make the industry go wild...
Whatās the best case scenario with the MkV Supra..
1) 400hp
2) 3.3 seconds to 60mph
3) 3k curb weight
4) 55k msrp
5) manual transmission
Whatās mind boggling about even the above optimistic spec...

I could be wrong but.. advertising is such.. that theyād tell you the best possible number for a given aspect of the car without all the details behind it to make it sound enticing.
Sorta like.. hey this carās starting msrp is 39995... however we will never build such a car cause money is in...
I would most probably get rid of the C7Z for a 991.2 GT3 Touring. Thatās what Iāve bern eyeing lately. Proper manual car.. not this bogus ādrivers carā with an auto.. abortion.
Iām hoping Toyota does the right thing and offers a manual. Then I may just add another vehicle and pay the...
Agreed I can never part ways with my Viper and the Supra. However, Z06 and Shelby are amazing as well. I highly doubt this Supra will even come close to how special the Z06 and the Shelby are... time will tell.
I can afford it but if I donāt sell one of my current toys then Iād run the risk of getting thrown out of the house.. so.. most probably I wonāt be getting it unless Toyota grows a pair and gives me a manual option.
Even with the manual option.. Iām deeply in love with all 4 of my toys. So...
