Getting ready soon to send my ecu to femto and my question is after removing my ecu and the car sitting in the garage for at least a few weeks should I put my trickle charger on it?? Will it hurt anything without the ecu monitoring it?? What has everyone done?

I have 3.5 inch exhaust on the car and I'm seeing most resonators are up to 3" can you use 3" or is it better to go the full 3.5" ?? Will it choke up the exhaust that bad?? Nevermind found 3.5" online
