Issue was resolved with the parking break. Found someone had removed the #32 fuse from the fuse box

Yes sir. Not used to an electronic brake but I made sure. I’m thinking it has something to do with the safety system locking it. I also checked fuses 28 and 32 for the brake

It did sit at the auction for 3 months. But the red brake indicator light is on in the dash and stays lit even after pushing the button. I dragged it off the trailer with my truck so I don’t believe it’s a rust issue
