  1. What will be the first mods to your MkV Supra?

That option was put up there mostly tongue in cheek. I realize 99.9% of the people are not considering that hehe.
  2. What will be the first mods to your MkV Supra?

I am having ultra premature mod' bug brainstorming for my potential MkV Supra and was just thinking about what mods I would do first. I think for me, it would be wheels/tires/suspension if I had to choose 3 (poll allows top 3 first upgrades). Although I would probably enjoy it stock for a while...
  3. New (and old) SupraMKV members say hello!

Welcome! As are the rest of us :D
  4. The complete Supra (exterior and interior) modeled from the leaked parts diagrams

Of course after all of this waiting it would be something like that lol.
  5. Production Toyota Supra will be revealed in the first half of 2019 at Detroit!

Hmm, October 2019...guess I have one more year with my BRZ.
  6. Toyota Racing Reveals the NASCAR Supra!

NASCAR? What the hell...this is not the news I was hoping for. Keep on waiting...sigh.
  7. Toyota Presents World Debut of the New 2022 GR 86

I guess I should clarify I am talking about Subaru NA boxer engines. They just have non-existent torque in the low/mid range and on the BRZ/86 FA20, have the annoying torque dip. I have not driven a Porsche so cannot comment.
  8. Toyota Presents World Debut of the New 2022 GR 86

The 2.4l engine sounds appealing, assuming weight is the same or similar. These cars, while well balanced, are already a bit front biased. Having owned both a 2013 FRS and now a 2017 BRZ, I can say the 2017 cars are definitely quicker, due to the gearing change (no not the whopping 5hp/tq...
  9. If not the New Supra, then what?

The new BMW M2 Competition is looking pretty attractive!
  10. Toyota: New Supra Was Mostly Developed In Japan; Won't Be Cheap

Just saw basically the same article in my RSS feed but from a different site: http://www.thetruthaboutcars.com/2018/04/toyota-supra-cash-money/ Save your monies it's not going to be cheap!!@12
  11. 2020 Supra Transmission Chat - Manual, Dual Clutch, or Auto?

If the car is good enough everywhere else, I would be fine with an automatic trans*. Most definitely would not swap a manual one, even if available as a drop-in (shiny new car, warranty, etc). *Assuming this automatic trans is something like my Lexus IS-F with its great 8-speed auto the lockout...
  12. Most revealing 2020 Supra prototype spy pics yet, Spotted 3/19/18!

I like it...well, what I can "see" of it. I don't expect it to be like the GR concept car.
  13. Production Toyota Supra will be revealed in the first half of 2019 at Detroit!

Kind of my dilemma as well. Although I won't be in the market for a new car until at least November. I got tired of waiting for the M2 when it was being released. I had a deposit and waited a while for an allocation with no movement. Got anxious and just bought another twin (the 2017 BRZ, had a...
  14. Production Toyota Supra will be revealed in the first half of 2019 at Detroit!

January 2019 --- Ugh...hope that's not accurate. I too am in disbelief on how it could attain a 50:50 weight distribution and lower center of gravity (that a GT86). Especially without the trans-axle and a non-boxer engine. My BRZ (and FRS before it) are about 52:48 F/R on the corner balance...
  15. Toyota GR Supra Racing Concept Officially Revealed!

Love the look of the GR Supra...now the wait for the "real" thing!
  16. Supra Concept Appears In Geneva, VIDEO !

Damn how did I miss this until now!?!? Looks good, from what can be seen. Wish we knew when the production model and specs were being released.

  18. New rumors from C&D: 2020 Supra to get BMW inline six engine / B58 & S58 chat

Wouldn't make sense to get a N series engine. I would bet on the B58 too, and would be totally happy with that. But, like someone else said, it would be sweet to see a TTV6 in there as well, straight from Toyota.
