I second the request for data. I’d also wonder if the clutch is included in the 450 ft lbs rating. Stands to reason the clutch is a frangible link in the system to protect the transmission.
Semi-related. Have people found limits of the stock clutch yet? This turbo seems really good $/hp, but the possibility of needing of clutch changes that equation quite a bit.
I think the clutch stop makes sense. As long as the clutch stop is set properly, I don’t see the issue. If it were to be prematurely wearing on your clutch, you’d feel the car move forward when you put it in gear.
I’ve also been interested in a clutch stop since the pedal travel is so long it makes me adjust my seat further up than I would normally. I think it’s a totally different situation as CDV that looks to improve shift quality vs pedal throw.
