On eBay Kleinanzeigen when you search for Supra A90 or MK5 there is a guy that sells the MST stuff. It’s not street legal in Germany but you can try a TÜV Einzelabnahme. (Car specific checkup) Talk to them before you buy, they can tell you if you can use it street legal. Cheers

Afaik 5w30 is not available in API SN+ or SP which reduces the change of lspi. And you can check your engine oil temperature. If it stays below 120C (240F) there is no reason to go for a thicker oil. Which it is without a tune or even a Stage1 unless you drivin on track in the desert :p

Happens to me after cold start and shifting at low speed or acceleration. f.e. try shifting into third gear at 18-20mph. There is a minimum speed requirement before the car will shift a gear. If you are at the lowest possible speed the car shifts this usually happens.
