There are two white plastic screws on each of the headlights, IIRC vertical adjustment is exposed if you open the hood, and the horizontal adjustment is covered by a black plug which you need to open by using a coin.
Not sure about UK spec, but all US spec comes with the basic LED w/o corner...
Huge thanks for confirming the part number! Toyota did a terrible job on marking this bolt as #7 on their diagram, with a confusing description. I was suspecting 90118WA651 is the right part number but struggling to find anywhere clearly points it out.
A passthrough wrench is all you need. I ended up torquing everything to the sliding plate before mouthing the top camber plate to the tower as the last step. That makes the process much smoother, no need to worry about damaging the mono ball, gives more room to work on, and of course without an...
Not much help by adjusting the projection height in iDrive. One thing I do notice is it does get sharp if I rise the seat height to have my head hit against the ceiling.
I know all HUDs have an optimal viewing range, but this one seems particularly narrow and in the wrong location. Do you think...
MY25. Everything OEM, no windshield replacement.
Have this issue from day one since delivery. Not as bad as some of the non-OEM glasses, but you could definitely see the double projections.
Expected issue? It doesn’t look like this on my other cars with HUD.
Is this from the top of the tower or from the side? It's already rubbing the inner tower wall with 2.9 degrees + everything stock. I may need to backoff for 1 mm to give it more space.
It's the eBay one. Otherwise you'll need to order the entire assembly with the top hat from Toyota.
The only thing I'd worry about is the 27mm top nut part. The installation guide from Verus is recommending impact wrench on everything. While BMW advise NOT to use impact wrench on ANY suspension...
Yeah it's a pretty large one. I would take both top (from OEM hat) and bottom (from spring) out. Disassemble them, clean everything thoroughly using soap and water, dry them then apply new bearing grease. Make sure they can roll smoothly before putting them back.
One mistake I made was not...
Exactly the same problem I ran into. My left was okay, but right one ended up to be two pieces with 15 of them falling out. Spent the whole night to pick them up from the garage floor. Make sure to clean and grease them before reassembly. They could get broken very fast if anything trapped...
Wow that's a lot. I didn't intentionally push the camber plate in when tightening the 4 nuts on strut tower, but it seems like the red sliding plate/strut bearing is already touching the inner wall of the tower. So it's already at max.
One thing I figured is my front has 1+ degree toe out. Time...
Also did my installation this weekend. For the 27mm socket, the instruction they provide is a harder way. If you look at the PDF instruction close enough, the final photo they have also shows the damage on the top plate made by 27mm socket.
I took off all 4 M5s then installed the bottom sliding...
Are you suggesting get the app and glue the cellphone onto the mirror lens to figure out why it vibrates otherwise you want to F about it forever? The app is just frequency domain analysis on the vibration subject and provides the best bet of the source, it doesn’t tell you if or which of the...
Yeah I want to make sure there is nothing else going on like balancing and alignments contributing to the vibration. Especially with my driver side mirror also vibrating and one of the front wheel has suspiciously few weights.
Pulling up these dust covers up and I see a sponge stop bump like this one, so it should be good. That being said, the dealer did spent a whole day working on the PID/PDS yet I still made a second visit so they could fix the navigation setup.
Also swapped the left and right wheels in the front...
I have a 2025 3.0 Premium and got the exact same issue. I had another post about side mirror vibration that makes everything blurry but now figured it could be caused by this one after reading 17 pages.
It only happens around this speed range and is totally fine when gets slower. The mirror...
Found this issue after about 200 miles on highway. When driving on rough road the driver side mirror will vibrate and make everything blurry.
I was able to take off the door panel and tight the 3 bolts connecting the mirror arm to the door, then tight the three little screws under the mirror...
Find a dealer offers a good price and willing to trade with other dealers. Alternatively search for allocations within 500 miles and talk with whoever got the one you want.
If you act now and lock an allocation, chance is you’ll get vehicle delivered some point around June/July.
Put down...
Yeah for 600k there’s really nothing can beat it. Could easily be 100K If this is a Lexus product with better interior and build quality. The value proposition is incredible in 2025.
