typical logical fallacies.
Hasty generalization:
"This car is a piece of crap"
"My other car is a piece of crap"
Slippery slope:
"I'm going to buy a VAG product, they are way better!"
I would recommend you to go college and get some basic education.
These suprecar manufacturers are in a whole different world. I know the older Ferraris have paint on the buttons that become sticky and peel off very quickly, and the HMI is literally garbage on newer cars like Roman. Meanwhile all MacLarens can technically be lemoned In US…
May go for a...
Alright I have it fixed. Inspected a couple more panels and eventually found the door is not the primary issue, the hood is. It’s the classic misaligned hood discussed in many other threads. It was installed way too much to the passenger side, so the driver side panel gap between hood and door...
My service advisor for BMW worked for GM and I already heard too much stories. I really feel it to be the common issue for all US auto manufactures. They make great cars, but you just can't look closely to these nonfunctional details.
“This is your very first statement in this post. In spec So why say anything about it?”
Great that you do admit you can't read for more than a couple lines. That's not an issue at all.
I don't have these installed yet so can't comment on how they reduce the noise when windows down, but I wasn't aware they reduce noise even when the windows up and closed. You are the first mentioned it.
Already got the AWE deflectors and will be installing these once it gets warmer. I'm getting these painted, clear coated using airbrush then polished so they match the black trim pieces.
You are right that these small gaps don't matter for most panels, but the exception is when it's either...
Just took the MY25 delivery, immediately spot the door panel fitment issue.
First thing noticed, driver side door does not align with the rear quarter panel. BMW spec it as +1.3mm to -0.3 mm, where + means door bump out and - means quarter panel bump out. I don't have the Supra special version...
I actually ended up with an in-state dealer. Out-state involves tones of extra complexity since my state neither issue, nor allow temp plates. Out-state dealers need to get the registration done by either send a runner to come and register, or by mail. Not many dealers are familiar with or want...
That's true, but they are missing motorsport gold VS-5RS or any SM-10RS for Supra. All these photos are early versions before motorsport gold and SM-10RS were introduced. A few photos for SM-10 tho.
Yup, these were exactly what I have found.
What do you think about SM-10RS? These are under 25% discount for Supra. I'm debating if I should get that instead. VS-5RS are not discounted so about $800 more expensive for a set.
Think the motorsports gold would fit a white supra really well. I've been struggling on getting VS-5RS or SM-10RS, but hard to find photo for these color combo. Wonder if anyone has something I can reference to? Many thanks!
