You can run 91 octane with a PiggyBack, you will just notice lesser power gains. We have a few customers running the ProTunes on 91, but I've yet to see any dyno's from them.

The O2 spacer we sell has a mini cat as well.

Our drag pack is the following: 17x4.5" fronts with 17x10.5" rears They were custom spec for our MKV. Clearings the stock calipers and our KW V3's without issue. No modification required for this fitment and they even clear when the car squats on a launch at the track.
