I actually used a dremel tool disk blade to cut out the hole rather than use a hole saw....I had no issues...
If your going to use a hole saw, I suggest starting out slowly using lowest rpm setting...It also helps quite a bit to first apply tape over the area your going to cut out to prevent...
Also, when you order these 2 of the 4 do not have lettering on them....For $9 it's definitely worth looking into before spending that amount of money on the other options you listed....Personally, those other options are way overpriced for what they offer...IMHO

I wouldn't have done so if it wasn't effective..ha! It's not the sheet metal that's the issue..It's the thin plastic cover that tends to vibrate a bit during very deep bass notes...this resolves that problem...
Now behind the rear panel could definitely use some dynamat...note the pic says foam insulation but I changed that out and applied dynamat strips to the areas highlighted below
I'm not sure what pieces your trying to remove to apply Dynamat...I only did the rear floor under the cargo cover which only required removing the floor cover....
This is what I enjoy listening to (great highway cruising music) which really gives the audio system quite a workout...Prior to this upgrade I couldn't even listen to this type of music past 1/4 volume without vibrations and distortions...Now I can listen to these tracks while turned up 2/3...
