Finally picked up after a 12 month wait, just in time for the Luxury Car Tax revision.
First thoughts: Wind buffeting worse than expected, stereo issues way overblown (coming from a 2008 Prado I'm happy), clutch & brake so close that I think I'll have to be mindful about my footwear choice...

Has been sitting at a German port in A88 status for 4 weeks now.

Ordered July 2023, build confirmed for Feb. They've indicated 2 months for delivery. Call it start of May, would make it 10 months total if all goes to plan..
I was originally quoted 4 months, so I'd be careful listening to the dealership.
Although 2 years isn't all that bad, I wouldn't be putting any trust in a conductivity tester. All those are good for are bloating service bills.
Personally I wait until my master cylinder has corroded into pieces.
Bit luckier in WA, it's done at the dealership and they have already agreed to leave it off.
I'm just doubtful the message will get to the tech doing the PDI, call me pessimistic if you will.
