These engineering reports and graphs are all well and good, but it looks like the excuses given for the 86's 200hp. I'm firmly in the camp that loves the way the 86 drives, and thinks it's fun as hell to stay in 2nd and 3rd and rev the engine up. But if Toyota wants to sell cars, it needs to...
I don't think the production car Ring lap times are set with slicks and decontented cars, correct?
I think the door handle/strap is a sure sign of some sort of special edition.
Ok, NM, the door handle is still there....
I've basically got two Landcruisers, a 14 for me and a 17 LX570 for my better half. I'm a definite maybe. As a matter of fact, I've been trying to engineer my last 8 years or so of car purchases to coincide with a paid off car to trade on the new Supra, but it's taken TOO LONG. I had an Infiniti...
Thanks for that.
The NSX came out pudgy and bland looking, that's why it was DOA. The Ford GT looks the hotness and sells like it too.
I hope for the second for the Supra, not the first.
I'll prolly be in trouble just for that post. I'm going to delete it, I was told last time a dealer posted a pic of a pre production car like this, they sent an "incursion helicopter" to the store within 30 minutes. Just wanted to let everyone know it's real and coming!
There is 100% something super sneaky going on with that front bumper camo. That center intake hole is the the main design cue that deviates wildly from the FT1. I count 4 layers of camo on the side intake hole. Look for that to change radically.
Is it possible they can test the car like it is...
