  1. New (Unconfirmed) Details and Specifications of US-Spec MKV Supra:

The spec should be 435 HP/405 tq on a 3100lb car. Manual as a standard. Then ask for $63k, anything else will be a disappointment for us fans.
  2. New (Unconfirmed) Details and Specifications of US-Spec MKV Supra:

Can't believe certain Camry/Lexus ES have over 300 HP and this Supra barely edges them.
  3. 3rd gen G29 BMW Z4 (2019-202X)

    I think he is correct.
  4. New (Unconfirmed) Details and Specifications of US-Spec MKV Supra:

Sad summary (they are making another Lexus type of car) *** No manual *** weighs as much as any other cars (hello 370z??) *** BMW reliability (meh) *** 60K+

Me too. It should be reverse!!
  6. New (Unconfirmed) Details and Specifications of US-Spec MKV Supra:

Its sad if they did that but it wouldn't surprise me. Money talks and in general older people have more cash to spend ( in general here).
  7. New (Unconfirmed) Details and Specifications of US-Spec MKV Supra:

If this is true I am not impressed. Had a few Nissan 350Z (2004 & 2005), S2000 (2006 & 2007) and currently drive a Miata ND as a weekend car(probably the best fun car for the money). Wish we know the specs soon cause Toyota is offering 1k cash back on Tacoma LOL! I rather upgrade my aging...
  8. New rumors from C&D: 2020 Supra to get BMW inline six engine / B58 & S58 chat

So the current Camry makes above 300 HP. I am not a horsepower guy since I drive a ND Miata LOL, but for the Supra should be for than 350.

I agree. Trucks are ok with AT but a fun/sports car should be a manual. My current Miata ND is so much fun to drive (yes manual).
  10. Interviews with Chief Engineer Tetsuya Tada

Not to get into a debate but MOST BMW owners (and the gf/spouse they date) are as arrogant.
  11. Spied: Toyota benchmarking Porsche 911 GT3 RS (997) for new Supra?

If you are 55+ year old guy with white hair and drive slow, get a Corvette-haha. At least in Socal thats what I have seen most drivers.
  12. Interviews with Chief Engineer Tetsuya Tada

Very odd. A base civic is still more. So who ever puts the Frs in that range must be living in a cave.
  13. Interviews with Chief Engineer Tetsuya Tada

I like the one engine offering such as the 350z, Miata, S2000. Hate the idea of Mustang or other cars that offer too many engine options where the guys will ask you if this is a 5.0, 6cyc, GT, etc and it will keep most high school kids from owning them (keep the car more prestigious to own- yes...
  14. Interviews with Chief Engineer Tetsuya Tada

Nice!!! Thats what I heard too when I was at the dealership looking at the Tacoma. The salesguy told me he was informed during training about the Supra.
  15. New rumors from C&D: 2020 Supra to get BMW inline six engine / B58 & S58 chat

Good one. I had an accident at the dealership with another car and from that on I started to do my own oil change.
  16. New rumors from C&D: 2020 Supra to get BMW inline six engine / B58 & S58 chat

New to this forum. I am worry about the BMW reliability. Have owned a few japanese sports cars (2 S2000, 3 Z/ZX, Miata ND) over the years and mostly were reliable. I have driven many BMW from friends and families; they are fun cars to drive with good handling, but the reliability isn't there...
