Essentially air is being restricted and flowing through 1 pipe once you switch it to flow through both pipes there is more airflow. Also we don't know what they're packing in the muffler on both ends there could be different...

broke mine by the block FML. Used rapid fix and put a vac connector so I could get the fuel line on until my replacement comes which I will also be updating to the line. These are a nightmare to get on with an aftermarket intake and the amount of room that's there.

awesome build so far! I have a Premium MT in Absolute White. A bit jealous about the A91 :) I also got the heritage splitter. It looks amazing you won't regret it. Do you have sound clips after installing the catted dp? I am currently weighing my options.

Thanks for the confirmation and that's very unfortunate. Are they dialing back the ASD? Packing the muffler more? Has anyone come to the conclusion on how they're quieting the car down?

Actually, I forgot I had a quick test drive in a 20 or 21 auto and I know for sure it popped and burbled a lot more and was a bit louder with the ASD. I am still breaking in so maybe once I am able to open it up more it'll sound better and maybe I do have a bit more expectations for a stock...

I am, and I confirmed that the valve is opening. I can def hear noises but compared to the factory autos from videos it seems a LOT quieter. Of course mic set up factors and all but just seeing if anyone had similar experiences.
