    Thanks, I know, you are right! I'm going to let it play out. Just still upset, and feel like it was intentional. I'm still soar in a few spots. =( I was hoping it would just go away.

    as far as the car coming up as a jaguar (MY Supra), basically the body shop is entering the vin in their system so they can look for part #'s, etc.. Their X5 is documented and I/police have info.

    I took a pic from the paperwork, then verified it with the VIN on the car.

    Thanks guys! I just dropped off the car at the body shop, and alerted the adjuster.. Praying she comes back to me at 100% The rear qtr panel has a cpl dents.. And upon checking the VIN, the car is coming up as a jaguar.. Hmn
