Don’t sweat it - the ZF 8 speed is awesome. Mine is also auto as is my DD. It’s a little strange for me as well to not have a manual car, but I’m actually loving it.

That guy is a sensationalist, I’ve seen many of his videos. He also does this kind of sensationalism on the positive end of the spectrum; waxing poetic about all kinds of Toyota designs, etc - all of it either just for views or because he’s annoying. Not sure which, but probably both.

What did you use on your custom center exit exhaust? Or any other custom mod on your Supra?

Yours has driver assist? And the same screen size as the premium models? And the same iDrive controller? I thought these things were also different on the base models. Also some have smaller rear brakes.
