I never ran the HKS, i did Swifts before these. Theyre plenty stiff for fun/DD duties, and the difference between comfort and sport is quite large. In comfort i scrape my diffuser over highway bumps, in sport i never do. One thing about these is the lower you go, the less stiff they are, since...
If your Supra is a daily driver, go for it. Theyre relatively soft so great for that (even in sport). If its a fun/weekend car, go Ohlins. I probably will get rid of my DDCs and go Ohlins.
I live and work in the Orlando and work in Cyber Sec as well. COLA is lower here compared to MD so salaries are lower as well. If you want to DM me some more info about what you do and what youre looking for I can tell you what you can reasonably expect.
You will 100% rub, and your overall tire heights are all off.
For the rear even a 305/30R19 will rub on a 11" +35 if its Michelin or any R compund. Id suggest 295/30R19.
For the fronts youll want to do a 265/35R19 or a 275/30R19. I have 9.5" +22 and dont rub with 275/30s.
You would obivously have to remove the PPF to wrap, so youd lose that money you spent.
Wrap vinyl is much thinner than PPF and wont offer nearly the same protection. I know some who have done PPF over a wrap for best of both worlds, but youre basically doubling your cost.
Ill be wrapping mine...
Howdy yall.
So after installing my coilovers, i was rubbing quite badly in the rear (19x11 +35 with 305/30-19 Michelin 4S). Heres the sequence of events I went through:
I bought the SPL rear upper camber arms, thinking i could dial in more camber.
Then I bought the toe arms and traction arms...
I bought these, tried one wheels worth (5 nuts) and decided I didnt like the way they looked with my wheels. So 5 nuts were installed once and removed immediately, the other 15 are unused. You can barely tell. Black with Black caps, 14x1.25.

Hey all,
I need a new race helmet and cant seem to find any place in CFL that carries them in store (I like to try them on). Any ideas? Im in the orlando area but if I have to drive a few hours, thats fine.
Also, anyone around here carry Recaro's in store, so I can try before I buy?
Thanks!
Theres 2 ways to do it, you can either buy not enough and then get more as you need it, or buy way too much, and return what you dont use. I did the drawers a few at a time to spread the cost out. Expect it to be $100-$110 per drawer. Make sure you buy the toolgrid panels larger than your drawer...
