So your specs are the same as mine, except im on coilovers. I have the entire rear setup from SPL I will be installing soon. Im not really worried about it for street driving, but once I go to the track, I dont want to rub.

Your setup looks similar to mine, I rub over large bumps as well. Whats your tire size, suspension setup and camber specs? Are you rubbing in front or back?

Those just pop out. A thin trim removal tool is all you need.

Front: Rear: Use a heat gun to peel them out, then make triple sure you get all the old sticky stuff out before you try to put the new ones in, or they wont sit right.
