Correct. They were originally mounted and balanced by a reputable shop familiar with racing applications. When I double checked all of my clearances originally I didn't notice anything out of the ordinary, just metal on metal contact. Thanks, though.

Spec, 103ft-lbs. The noise started without any adjustment to the wheels or tires after several months of use, but I double checked the torque and reseated the wheels twice so far.

Finally made the time to make a video of it. Very audible, you can see the speed and forces are not anywhere near extreme. Cooler temps appear to make it more noticeable. The parts just arrived, I'll install them sometime this week.
