This is me. Advans gt’s. Maxton lip, Side skirts and rear splitters. Waiting on my Aimgain wing, rsr cage, and pure800. Hoping to get this build done before my diesel Jeep shows up.
There will be zero issue with the Verus Heatshield and any intake. I had both the Injen evo intake and the Verus turbo heat shield. But the heat shield wouldn’t fit with my Injen because I have a 2021 and the manifold is different.
I have the Injen intake with a blitz brace and no issues with fitment. The Injen evo intake probably sticks up more than anything else on the market and the blitz clears it just fine
Verus windshield wiper and fluid cap set
FTP charge pipe(soon to be replaced with Injen)
Injen Evo2300 intake
.....and overnight parts from japan! Blitz strut bar
Without modding the strut bar it’s still super tight clearance wise. I can definitely say the air box is completely seated in the grommets. I put my hand under each and could feel that all three are completely seated. As for the charge pipe to intake clearance. Doesn’t seem like much...
is anyone running an aftermarket intake with either the stock or aftermarket charge pipe. I just installed my Injen intake and with the stock and ftp charge pipe they're touching.
Selling my brand new Verus Air Oil Separator. I have a 2021 and managed to get my Injen intake to fit which I really like the design of but that leaves no room for the AOS. so I'm sticking with my Mishimoto can. SO who wants it. brand new never used. paid $370. $350 shipped.
so got the strut bar to fit with a little hammering of the strut bar, the strut bar is almost round aluminum tube and I just smashed it down a little and got it to fit. needed maybe 1/2" of hammering. also the evo2300 will not fit in conjunction with the Verus Air oil separator. so guess what...
there also isn't ANY clearance between the intake tube and the charge pipe, where the clamp would go on the coupler on the intake tube side rubs on the charge pipe. stock and FTP doesn't matter, really like the design of the Injen but fitment isn't ideal
So I’ve taken the guinea pig approach here and can tell you for a fact the Injen evo2300 intake will fit as long as you completely seat the air box and then make the intake tube fit the completely seated air box. So on the billet adapter only tighten one clamp. Then assembler everything with...
$135 shipped
brand new verus turbo heat shield. Black cerakote. Only tried in but since I have a 2021 it does not fit. Verus won’t take it back with a 15% restocking fee so who wants it?
