As someone else posted, a bunch of cars got posted on the Toyota inventory page for the Texas area late last week. I snagged one of these allocations.
What seemed different about these is for the past few months when I was watching the allocations would always post with an availability date...
Happy a bunch of you guys are getting allocations. Still no luck with me. At this point, I’m thinking about waiting for a 2024 if there are any changes or updates.
...won't be first on the list, but someone usually falls out at one. I had 3 calls on fall out on the same day the recent notcornal black allocations. Also, never deal with Tustin Toyota. They will tell you it is sold and try to get you in another non-Supra car, even though they it isn't. And...
...saw it in inventory on the Toyota site, so if you really want to guarantee your first, you'll have to call many dealerships and hopefully get lucky to find a dealer that only gives allocations once they have a build sheet, everywhere else probably already has a queue or a crazy mark-up.
Good...
I think the CU later ship has probably sailed. It’s tough out there, but supras are still coming in based on the inventory tracker On Toyotas website. Theres something like 40 units coming to the cfl area based on the site. Good luck.
...this rate, it seems well worth getting my build with them. Although I'd rather stay in state (FL), all local dealers have no idea about allocations, and / or they want to screw me over. One of my local Toyota dealers was willing to help me custom order but under the condition I went in...
congrats man! I ended up calling another dealer and joining the waitlist as well, said there was only 2 people on the waitlist in front and checked their inventory which has already gotten their 2 allocations, so hopefully things will work out for a strato blue MT!

...hardest part was the longer period of not knowing. I went a good four months between my deposit and what I'd call solid confirmation I was actually getting the car. Knowing you have a build date and a VIN is gold, as I still see a lot of folks here posting that their allocations are still...
...for a 3.0 premium in stratosphere at MSRP. I ended up switching to a new dealer and they were able to get it on the first round of allocations.
The other dealer I was working with had a deposit since April of last year and they still don't have one.
I really hate Toyota's allocation process.
So did you put deposits down at Markville? Or does your rep work elsewhere? Asking because as per the original document Markville is slated for two, so it might speak to regional/area demand if it was known they had two coming in and no one ordered them until you.
...sell without us both buying extended warranties lol.
Fast forward to mid December we received a text from our rep about his stores 2023 allocations and we are both “confirmed” since we were the only orders at this particular dealer….
Hoping our cars come in spring but who knows… will update...
Instead of waiting for a particular color, I would just make a list of 1-2 colors to avoid and then accept whatever else comes first.
I have only driven the automatic (2020 LE and 2022) models;
They are faster than you'll ever need on the streets.
The auto's shift hard and are very satisfying...
I was doing the waiting without a test drive too. I picked up mine last weekend. All I can say is, yes it is worth waiting for. The Supra was better than expected and I was expecting a lot.
